Hopscotch opened in 2014, and sports décor and furnishings from around the world, across Australia and exhibits work of local Canberra artists. The people behind the project are Brian Smith and Nick Parkinson.
Brian Smith – Publican, has worked for over 10 years as a representative for major beer brands in Australia and knows his way around pubs. Having spent most of his time in bars and pubs advocating for brands over the past 10 years, he has brought the best of everything to Hopscotch.
Nick Parkinson – Head Chef, has worked in various restaurants around Canberra and the Snowy Mountains, and has a passion for all things wood fired. Be sure to check out the new Spring menu for updates and specials.
